The HR TECH Partnership also runs Human Capital Digital Innovation Hubs which help corporates/HR teams learn and experiment around the ‘Future of Work’.
Devyani is considered a Thought Leader around the Future of Work and blends a unique perspective of digital innovation/investment along with the practical perspective of a practitioner.
Iwo SzaparRemote-how
Iwo is the Remote Work Advocate & CEO at Remote-how - the first global education & certification platform, that partnered up with companies like GitLab, Buffer, Asana or GitHub to empower the growth of a remote work community and enable everyone to have the freedom of choice where, when and how they work.
In January 2018 he started his journey to push remote work into the mainstream - so far he established a fully-distributed company (19 people across 10 countries), raised $400,000 and launched first product from the whole ecosystem he is building - the Remote-how Academy. All while living and working remotely from across 12 countries.
Dr Lina DencikUniversity of Cardiff
Lina Dencik is Associate Professor (Reader) at the School of Journalism, Media and Culture at Cardiff University, UK and is Co-Founder of the Data Justice Lab. She has published widely on digital media and the politics of data and is currently Principal Investigator of the DATAJUSTICE project funded by an ERC Starting Grant. Her publications include Media and Global Civil Society (Palgrave, 2012), Worker Resistance and Media (Peter Lang, 2015), and Digital Citizenship in a Datafied Society (Polity, 2018).
Stephen O'DonnellNational Online Recruitment Awards
Stephen O’Donnell has been in the recruitment sector since 1987, initially owning and running recruitment firms, and working specifically in the online field since 2000, when he founded the National Online Recruitment Awards. Now also heading VideoMyJob for EMEA, Stephen has always been an advocate for better candidate experience, and greater transparency in the hiring process.
Morgan LobbVercida
With a career spanning over 25 years, Morgan is a respected figure in the field of equality and inclusion EVP. Having founded DiversityJobs.co.uk in 2011 his work is at the forefront of “new diversity” which has helped him forge relations with many significant organisations and government agencies. Morgan has acted as a ministerial steering advisor and has received numerous awards and accolades for his work.
As CEO of VERCIDA.com Morgan’s role is to support the organisation in developing the growth strategy as well as to manage client engagement activities and head up the businesses goal in creating an inclusive work place culture for employers.
Kasia TangSocial Recruiting & Sourcing Trainer
Kasia is a Social Recruiting & Sourcing Trainer, bilingual blogger at www.kasiatang.com and the founder of Recruitment Open Community Polska, the largest community for Polish recruiters. She works with recruitment teams to help them find and attract more candidates online. She also regularly attends recruitment events both in Poland and internationally. Among others, Kasia presented at Sourcing Summit in Amsterdam, the largest sourcing conference in Europe, Social Recruiting Days in Berlin and EVOLVE! Summit in Brno.
Dennis van Allemeerschde Persgroep Recruitment
Dennis is reponsible for the most popular local Dutch job boards (NationaleVacaturebank and Intermediair), part of the leading media company in the Netherlands, de Persgroep.
Before that, Dennis spent 10 years in several ecommerce management roles (e.g. CEO of an online travel agency, commercial director for eBay Classifieds in NL, setting up PayPal in the Benelux). He started his career in strategy consulting and banking. He also served on the Board of the Dutch ecommerce branche organization and the European Retail Payments Board at the ECB.
